In March 2025, a walk down Pasteur Street in Saigon changed everything. The energy, the aroma of fresh brews, the chatter from street-side stools, and the pure refreshment of freshly pressed sugarcane juice—it was more than just a café culture; it was a feeling. We fell in love.
That feeling followed us home.
Pasteur St. Cafe was born out of our desire to bring a slice of that street magic to America. Not just the drinks but the vibe, the community, and the soul of the street. We’re starting with the basics: fresh pressed sugarcane juice, served cold and real, just like on the streets of Saigon. Alongside, you’ll find a few thoughtfully selected snacks—simple, comforting, and made with love.
But that’s just the beginning.
Behind the scenes, we’re carefully sourcing high quality coffee beans from Vietnam. We're taking our time—tasting, tweaking, and perfecting every cup. When it’s ready, our coffee will tell its own story, one brewed with intention and rooted in a journey that started thousands of miles away.
